Casting enriched uranium in to hemispherical forms is a WMD related activity.

Are they like those Niger yellow-cake documents?

The difference between the claims about Iraq and the claims about Iran are pretty large. The claims about Iraq where from the CIA, and where disputed, including disputes from within the CIA.

The claims about Iran are not primarily from the US, and are not disputed by many outside of the Iran's ruling elite.

For example see -
""No civilian nuclear program can explain the Iranian nuclear program. It is a clandestine military nuclear program," Douste-Blazy said on France-2 television."
cnn.com

The only major dispute is what to do about the situation. With ideas ranging from "its ok for Iran to get nukes" to negotiations with no negative consequences should negotiations not achieve anything, to minor inconsequential sanctions, to an attempt at sanctions of some severity, to possibly attacking Iran.
