How does OBL feel abou infidel Americans even being on the sacred soil of Saudi, much less in Makkah. (Which is not allowed, BTW- -you must be Muslim to enter there. And Saudi troops are stationed on the roads to Makkah to enforce it.)

Did you kmow that, unless you are Muslim making Hajj (the once-in-a-lifetime trip to Makkah), you are not even allowed into Saudi unless a Saudi invites you there to perform work? There are no tourist visas.
Even other Muslims resent the way the Saudis exploit the Hajj requirement to fleece them. I've heard them say so myself.

Yes. Adolph was consumed by a wide spectrum of hatreds. Those too went to the death camps in large numbers. Whether exact or even nearly exact numbers of any group will ever be established. The Nazis didn't exactly leave careful records of this behind for their enemies.
