" don't think the SEC does a good enough job on anything except major, high profile frauds."

I at one time believed that the SEC actually cared. After filing a single spaced, 49 page document to them outlining one of the stock frauds I followed, I received a follow up phone call from a person inside the SEC.

Not only was I personally thanked for the info, but was given a direct fax number to this person, personal desk phone number, and a case # to direct all information to should that person not be in at the time.

To this day I don't know of a single other individual that I have spoken with who was given that type of courtesy by the SEC. In fact, I was flabbergasted.

I felt this was the real deal and something was positive would result from my efforts.

I faxed in follow-ups but never received a reply. As far as I know, not one thing that should have transpired has.
