The rumor I heard is that they did pay their bills with a Reg-S offering and the price is stuck down here until the 3M shares are cleared out. That should happen fairly soon. I picked up 15,000 today @5/32 in hopes of catching the falling knife by the handle. We will see how badly I get cut over the next week. Who cares if it delisted? Like it has any respect now... A reverse 1-20 would be my guess but those are always a disaster. Steve
