We are safer because we have uncovered a higher count of people who have always wanted to destroy our way of life. We are safer because we have exposed our fair weather allies weakness in the WOT. 9/11 was the day that changed our lives; people who want to live as if it never happened are deluding themselves. Actually the world is safer because of actions put in place by President Bush.

The Presidency of Clinton was the period of ignorance of how dangerous the world was becoming. So would you suggest that during the period of increasing obfuscation of the dangers we were actually getting safer? To those of use (read most of us) that were lulled into ignorance we might have been feeling safer even while becoming more exposed to the risk of terrorism.
