David, please, do not compare the shenanigans at FERO with GRNO. It took so long only because the SEC wanted to exact their pound of flesh for the misdeed, but the people involved were "slick" enough to leave very few trully illegal trails. As far as we know, GRNO management did not use the opportunity to dump stock in stealth (through "phony trusts") at the top of the price cycle, and thus are not involved in any stock manipulation, which is just one of the gripes the SEC had against Moskowitz et al.
