Iran could invade neighboring weak countries (Iraq, Kuwait,& as far as Saudi) using nuclear threats. I'm not aware of Iran invading any of its neighbor countries in its entire history. In fact, I'm not even aware of Iran ever threatening one of its neighbor countries. If Iran had a functional nuclear weapon, what makes you think they would use it on a neighbor country willy nilly? It is time to deal with the major source of terrorism, namely Iran. What terrorism does Iran conduct that doesn't involve opposition to the state of Israel?
