I said that 65nm will feature huge power savings per transistor because quad core Opteron will have more than twice the amount of transistors compared to current dual cores will fit in more or less the same power envellope.

I agree that quad-core Opteron will have twice as many transistors and fit into roughly the same power envelope, although it isn't clear that it will match the frequency of the top dual-core. But you didn't answer my question about whether the initial 65 nm parts would go into the mobile market rather than desktops. Now you seem to be implying that servers would benefit most.
