Kurtz exercised options and purchases shares last week, resulting in him owning 8300 additional shares of which he gave 4000 to someone else. Now owns a total of 75300. He also netted about $42,000 in addition to the shares. The options he exercised did not expire until 2013 and had an exercise price of 0.93. He also has options at a lower price with a shorter expiration date and did not choose to exercise those. Do not understand the rationale for that move. At any rate, he bought some shares at about 1.90, but could have kept a lot more instead of selling them for cash. chip
