altie- i'll have to share this mediation story with kathleen. we're meeting up for lunch today. the best thing about mediation is that it ends in a win-win solution. sometimes the parties may feel it's a lose-lose ending but even that is ALWAYS better than a win-lose result. JUSTICE FOR ALL is an important human need to fill and revenge does not fit into the equation. a view of boston harbor all day... a big financial hassle solved... and chocolate pie with A20. i'd guess that makes for a pretty satisfying way to celebrate the beginning of your 62nd orbit. -lep86
