Standard Offer 20 year contract better than net metering for solar applications.

<<Ontario's Standard Offer Program will make it easier and more cost-effective for businesses and entrepreneurs to sell renewable power to the grid by setting a fixed price for small generation projects that use renewable energy. Under the plan, the Ontario Power Authority will purchase electricity produced by wind, biomass or small hydroelectric at a price of 11 cents per kilowatt-hour. The price for solar energy will be 42 cents per kilowatt-hour.
