Carolyn, I am not sure if a second thread is necessary. It is in fact kind of fun to mix some TA with the strong FA on this thread.

A few months back, I had a round of discussion with Allen Benn on the comparative volatility of WIND and QCOM. At this point, it appears both stocks are equally volatile. Those discussions did not stray too far off the WIND topic.

I suspect that many of us are indeed both long and short term investors, some long, some short. TA is a very ligitimate approach for a stock like WIND when conventional FA, vs the advanced Benn FA, is still not very practical. For the sake of discussion, I sold some WIND at 44 when it appears to run into resistance. I bought some back today at 38, which I think is an intermediate support level. It is highly possible that I caught a falling knife. Time will tell.

The next earnings report is due out almost 2 months from now. Short of any earth shattering press releases, WIND will probably oscilate in some range during this period. Just have to try to make the right moves.
