Imagine what would happen to the price of oil if we passed some very significant conservation laws with teeth. It would certainly have more impact than the Gulf "find".

Of course. And you know the will is there........Americans voluntarily conserved oil this summer by reducing their consumption of gas. Unfortunately, the current administration is so corrupted and so lacks any vision that they are completely oblivious.
