I say: booze (or any other substance) is no excuse for doing harm to another. Hang 'em high, say I... REGARDLESS of the degree of 'impairment'. Sentence for the CRIME (not whatever recreational choice, be it wise or unwise, the person made). Can YOU say the same, Pro?
