Jim, I think they will run like scalded hounds when the market goes down. As for where they'll put the money, the question really will be, what money? They will lose huge chunks of it. The first place those who are still solvent will go is overseas and into hard assets and into safe interest bearing instruments. As I told my bosses when I ran mutual funds, safe, high yields will always sell. I think the baby boomers will be the all-time market cowards. It is easy for them to be brave when we are near all-time highs and the media is. celebrating their "pioneer spirit." But wait until nothing works and they see their retirement at 55 moving out to 91. -G- MB
