Or will inflation roar as it did after the 73-74 bust? That would move it to when the credit/housing bust is well under way and the yield curve steepens dramatically perhaps 18-24 months out? Housing now in so many areas is a huge problem that most talking heads conveniently try to shove behind closed doors.
