Emory, I just got the word that Syquest will be holding another "special shareholders meeting" in early November to get their 240 million shares approved. It sounds like shareholders will also be asked to give the EdHeads and their friends millions of new shares to boot.

Anyway, I'm back in the SF Bay area (go Giants!) after leaving LA (loser Dodgers) and will post the Syquest facts/details/references as soon as I can locate some decent seats for tomorrow night's game (where we will certainly clinch!).
