EC, I am impressed with what you have to offer. For the lurkers and J6P and the posters can you spell it out? What are the differences for a US person vs a Canuck in buying SKYLAR or the name? Like what if you have an IRA in the states can you effectively buy a PP? Or just stock when on an exchange? If you are in Canada with your offer can a Canuck buy a listed stock or get into the PP?
