An organization called stocklemon posted two "articles" regarding home.

The most recent one:
stocklemon.com

And you can find the first one in their archives.

Stocklemon fully admits that they might have a short position in the security in their posting and may not be presenting the whole story. So you need to carefully evaluate their claims and decide for yourself the validity of them.

Many yahoo and SI investors have posted against the claims one by one and you can search to find those posts. However, in it's simplest form, the accusations boil down to the management being fraudulent (IMO, of course). So for me, I went through the evidence that I had to date and decided that these guys (HSOA mgt) most likely made some poor decision, especially with PR, but I don't think that their intent was to mislead of beguile investors into a bad company.

You could then say that even if what I believe is true, then mgt isn't good and I should stay away. My response is well, maybe, but I think that they're better at running the business then handling the politics of the investment world and what else can I say.

Good luck
