9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he was warned on 8-6 and did nothing. Prior to that Bush disbanded all anti Al Qaida operations in the US govermment. All of them. Probably to protect his very close friends the Saudis.

Clinton had nothing to do with 9-11 and spent years trying to kill Osama Bin Laden. 5 years after 9-11 Osama is not only free but protected by a Bush ally, Pakistan. It's inexcuseable.
