SGI making deals, some condition on withdrawal of objection to the plan. Deals made or in process: Intel Autodesk Storage Tek LGE In the vote on the PLan by Secured and Unsecured creditors there were about 8% that objected to the plan and about 92% of ballots received in a timely fashion voting for the Plan. September 19th is the day for the Court to consider the plan--Weil and associates/ SGI and Alix have speeded up everything they can to have everything consider on Sept. 19th. They obviously believe that the Court will rubber stamp everything they want. Thus far the Court has complied with their filings and machinations. mj
