I can't explain the origin of the Universe. Nobody else can, either.

I mean, you could argue that God created the Universe, but then you'd have to explain who created God?

And if you say, "God always was and always will be," why can't I say, "the Universe always was and always will be"?

The latest thinking on our Universe is that it's only one of many that co-exist, side by side.

They call them "Bubble-verses." They pop into being, and pop back out of existence again, just like bubbles, but the material they're made of is always there.
