Most of the backdating issues were for instances prior to 2003, especially late 1990's early 2000's. Since STX only became public thereabouts that 2003 timeframe, they probably don't have much of an issue. Most management options didn't start coming out until a few years later (like especially last year and this year).

I will say this about STX: the major holders have always been very timely and above board on their disclosures (I may not like some of their actions, but hey - it was their ball and field).
