Slight rise, mostly unchanged.

I don't think I'm buying a 'new bull market' at this time. Gotta have a bear market
before you can have a new bull.

This is typical aging bull market behaviour. Large caps outperforming, small caps and techs lagging.
Bear market still ahead, by my deduction..
