illusion- I need some computer help here. yer barking at the wrong cat dude. ask joser to google it for you. i keep my email online at yahoo so it doesn't go away every time my hard drive crashes. The hard drive is beginning to sound like the bad fan belt/bearing in my work van. i might be able to help here. i had that sound coming from inside the box. it wasn't the hard drive though. it was the fan on the main processor chip. i put a drop of 3-in-1 oil on it and it has shut up for the last couple of months. i tried the same thing on my fan belt pulley bearing on my truck but it only worked for five or ten minutes. i found out that if i turn on the AC it shuts up. i also have a squeak coming from my right front wheel that sounds like brakes. should i put the oil on the rotor or the pads or both? -slick polvie
