PDL had some nice drill holes: This is the best major for playing PD there is that I know of. I never bought much PDL becasue it is almost all PD with little pt. Still, it has a lot of reserves and land. If PD takes off agian this is the stock to hold.

Mr. James Excell reports

DRILLING AT NAP'S OFFSET HIGH GRADE ZONE SHOWS GOOD CONTINUITY OF PGM-CU-NI MINERALIZATION

North American Palladium Ltd. has released further results from a $3.3-million drill program at the Offset high-grade zone of the Lac des Iles mine in Ontario.

A total of eight wedged holes for 5,662.5 metres has been completed to date in 2006. The first five holes were reported in Stockwatch on June 20, 2006, as part of an infill drill program to upgrade a portion of the known inferred resource into the indicated category as well as gain a better understanding of the geometry and distribution of the higher-grade material within the central portion of the Offset high-grade zone.

The latest results presented below demonstrate good continuity of significant widths with increased copper and nickel grades in comparison with that encountered in the high-grade zone. The widths are significant in that they have the potential to be amenable to future lower-cost, large-scale bulk mining techniques.

The following is a summary of the latest assay results received from the Offset high-grade zone:

(metres) (grams per tonne) %

incl 1024.00 1064.00 40.00 10.375 0.648 0.968 0.210 0.223

True widths are estimated to be 60 per cent to 70 per cent of the
above drilled widths.

Note: Hole 05-006W2 was previously reported as hole 05-006W1 in the June 20, 2006, news issued in Stockwatch. Hole 05-006W1 was abandoned.

It is still anticipated that by the fourth quarter of 2006, the underground development will be sufficiently advanced to allow for the process of upgrading and delineating the known mineral resource within the Offset high-grade zone to be carried out more quickly and cost-effectively from underground than from the current surface drill program.

Diamond drill core was logged and split on site with split samples transported by NAP to Accurassay Laboratories, an accredited laboratory in Thunder Bay for analysis. Check samples were sent to ALS Chemex. At Accurassay the precious metals were analyzed using a standard fire assay with atomic absorption finish and the base metals were analyzed using a multiacid attack followed by an atomic absorption finish. Bruce W. Mackie, PGeo, vice-president of exploration for North American Palladium is the qualified person, who supervised the work carried out on the Offset high-grade zone.

We seek Safe Harbor.
