Riley, if you have the deep pockets those guys have, going to court might actually quite interesting, but carried in this mellee could be a number of smaller investors in the "CARTEL". In essence, the opposition could take the position that ALL cartel members (those that when their name was cited with a number did not come back and said I am not a cartel member, on this thread) and that the CARTEL engaged in collusion for the purpose of manipuilating the stock. I have warned about this possibility few weeks back, when I spent a weekend trying to understand what is all this about. Good luck to you all. I am afraid you may need it. Zeev
