Palomar,s Epilaser for hair removal was not approved by FDA.

FDA turned down Palomar,s Epilaser on July 16, 1996. That was the reason that
Palomar,s stock closed at 11.625 down 1.125 on July 16.

FDA said the Palomar must do more testing.
It will take Palomar several months to do more testing before
resubmitting to FDA for approval. I do not think Palomar will get
approval until next year.
