True there is some care even when people here are uninsured; but it is shameful that the USA ranks worse than all major industrial countries in almost all health measures such as infant death rate, average age at death, etc. and yet our citizens spend far more per capita on health care than any other country, spending , for example, about 75% more per capita than Germany, despite its relatively old population. There are many reasons for this , greed being one big one.
