You need to correct the statistics for the difference in the size of the populations.

Naw, this takes away the impact of Pro's argument. Heck if the 80 dead were equal to 800, people might think it was serious.

What was Stalin's line?...the death of one man is a tragedy, the death of a thousand is a statistic.

Some people prefer statistics to tragedy.
