This graphic is derived from Value Line's "Small & Mid Cap" expanded edition. It comes from data in their "Best and Worst Performing Stocks - Last 13 Weeks." on Page 48 of their Index Section. Their index section is a good source of data for mining such correlations as this. Note how each of the red boxes gives us an indication of a solid bullish environment. I've been building the data base for a few years now. It's looking better all the time. I may want to adjust the "bearish" set point a bit. Usually I attempt to get Neutral to be the 80% center of the bell curve of data. The upper and lower 10% represent the bearish and bullish respectively. Best regards, Tom
