Liar. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he ignored the 8-6 warning and dismantled Clinton's anti Al Qaida operations.

This 100% dishonest attem,pt by the cynical rightwing to whitewash Bush's AWOL performance on terrorism in 2001 is despicable, and especially to blame it on his predecessor. It's the most irresponsible and misleading bit of revisionist history we've seen since the smearvets tried to portray Vietnam was a noble war where no atrocities were committed.
