The last known country leader I know who could not work with the world nations was Hitler. That's a very silly statement. In some situations Bush does work well with the rest of the world, in some situations many leaders don't work well. And quite a few leaders since Hitler didn't work well with the rest of the world in many situations. The insinuation that "Bush is Hitler" is silly and inaccurate. Hitler invaded multiple nations to conquer them and annex them to a German empire. Bush hasn't done anything remotely similar. Hitler actively pushed hate against his opponents and anything connected to them, Bush calls Islam "a religion of peace". Hitler killed millions of innocent people through systematic execution, and forced millions more in to slave labor, Bush hasn't even taken the most minuscule step in that direction.
