One of the lead engineers for the buildings, before 9/11 had explained how each building could withstand, was designed to withstand, multiple strikes by fully loaded airliners.
So, go ahead, ignore the independently corroborated seismic evidence based on the random belief that "our government would never do that".
Ignore that people were sent back into NYC on the direction of the White House which had the full knowledge that the air was poisonous. They would never do that....right?
Our government would never authorize the use of chemical and biological weapons on its own citizens either....right?
(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.
(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

It's legal for the US govt. to use WMDs on the US public.
(war on terror inspired all kinds of wonderful "protections" for us)
So maybe it's legal for them to send all those New Yorkers into poisoned air. Could they spin it into a rationale that sending them in was related to a law enforcement purpose? |
