Prince Bandar offered Bush lower oil prices for the 2004 election but since Bob Woodward overheard the offer and wrote about it, Bushies decided not to take him up on the offer as they reasoned they could beat Kerry by massive election fraud and a heinous smear campaign instead. But this time, it's no coincidence. I know the Lebanon cease fire helped, but there is much more to this sudden downward spike in prices.

Expect prices to spike right back up after the election.
Big oil knows who's on their side. Bush-Cheney. And if desm get congress there will finally be real investigations into the massive price-gouging that's gone on since the day after Bush-Cheney were first nominated. The biggest ripoff in world history.
