Liar. Kerry never accused any soldier of anything. In 1971 he was asked by his fellow combat vets to tell their TRUE STORIES to the nation in front of congress. Every bit of was true and was done on the soldiers' behalf. AT the time it was important for the nation to know just how insane and ugly the Vietnam misadventure had become. This helped end the war sooner and saved thousands of US lives. I might also remind you that the CIA's secret Phoenix Program is well-documented to have used US SpecOps, Green Berets and SEALS, often ferried by swiftboats, behind enemy lines to infiltrate villages and assassinate "with extreme prejudice" VC suspects and/or tax-collectors. The favored means of killing was beheading as in Buddhist culture a soul cannot get to nirvana if the head is detached from the body. This was psyops, black ops and terrorism. Also, the use of agent orange, napalm, hootch burning and free fire zones were all very real and could all be seen as atrocities. Certainly they were very horrific and killed mostly civilians.
