What does Oppenhiemer know????

DIMD has already posted a 1.46/sh loss for the first 6 mo of 97 on revenues down 56% from last year. The only positives I see are inventories of "old" stuff has been reduced, got a 102 mil in cash, they cut some work force, and have some "forward looking" statements about how things are gonna be rosey in the 2nd half of the year. ( duh...why? )

Can somebody help me out here ? Why does Opp give it an Outperform rating ? ( their 2nd highest )
