I share your concerns about Sol's visit. The more I hear, the more I am convinced this company has turned into some major scam. The answers Karen gave were just pathetic (remember, 1 week ago she was the administrative assistant, I know, she sent me e-mail once, and thats what she told me she was. Now she is a big time VP.).

Your right on another count. They can't make this thing go without Babish and Campbell for obvious reasons. I also question the herbal library - $5 million. I am sure other companies could obtain such a library for far less. Wasn't it you or hank that said the big pharm companies all have herbal libraries and research labs anyway????

One other thing: I share your concern for the cash. They hardly have any staff left. There biggest expenditures are fixed (lease on equip, building), and attorney fees which must be eating them alive. Instead of trying to make this company run, they are spending precious resources on frivilous lawsuits which add no value to their effort. The lower their cash levels fall, the harder it will be for them to operate, let only advance their technologies.

A buyout? The problem as we all know it is that Rhodes would still win as he has MEGA shares.

Its too bad. I would have loved to have seen a turn around. It would have made me a believer again.
