Today Oriana Fallaci died, at the age of 77, of cancer. She was very hostile towards Islam. She accused Muslims of intolerance, and for that, they tried to shut her up with lawsuits and threats. That is what I call ironic. nytimes.com Today, all over the Middle East, Muslims are rioting because they are angry at the Pope for condemning the Islamic desire/drive/compulsion/whatever to force non-Muslims to submit to Islam and Shariah law by the use of deadly force. Again, this violent reaction against being called "violent" is what I call "ironic". Sure, let's stop talking about it. Then it won't exist. If you talk about it, that makes you a "hater." Sure.
