Your post is unfair given that Bob O'Brien doesn't even have discussion about CMKX on his blog.

You're letting your personal issues with him color your objectivity quite frankly and I'm surprised.

How can anyone defend the industry scamming as now being disclosed in the Aguirre testimony before Congress, as well as the litigation between hedge funds and Prime Brokers, with the hedge funds suing and claiming they were Naked Short Scammed.
