I'm guessing you've got one of the all the colors in one cartridge cartridges. I don't think there's any way around just buying the same replacement cartridge. I've checked and I can't find an all black ink replacement.

Cheapest thing to do might be to just buy some Lexmark cartridge black ink and try refilling it yourself..not sure how that would work unless all the color ink is used up before you refill with black?
