FYI... you can read the initial News Release way back in April 4,1996 concerning TWT & Heartline at cpuc.ca.gov By inserting "fcc slamming" I spent over 2 hours reading many websites (mostly state & govermental agencies) which in summary ,amounted to alot of fines & restrictions to many OTHER Tel Co's . Do to the increasing competition among Tele Companies... I won't be surprised to see harsher penalties in the future. I hope ISGI will become more responsible signing up new customers ,be it commercial or residential.... Do it right the FIRST TIME, MARK
