I know of POWs. And so does others who are familiar with the Geneva Convention. Fortunately for this country there are folks like John McCain who know what torture means. People like Gen. Colin Powell, a decorated soldier, who could have ordered torture but refrained from doing so in the name of God and his country. They are telling this moron duo of Bush and Cheney, who ran away from military service, what serving in the military with dignity and honor means. I would ask all reading this post to write to the White House and their Congress reps to uphold the values of human dignity by not resorting to torture.
