Bushies believe in UN-regulation. No regulation. Zero. And no enforcement. No fines for pollution or fraud or anything. Same spirit that caused the S+L debacle and Enron. Exactly the same. You may have also noticed that Bushies laid off half the IRA lawyers responsible for investigating tax fraud amongst very rich individuals. When such tax fraud is rampant and at record levels. It's all a big fix.
