Osama sent Clinton a few clues as to his serious intentions when he bombed U.S. embassies and killed sailors on the USS Cole. It's ridiculous to blame the Bush Adm who had been in office such a brief time. The truth does indeed hurt--Pres Clinton dropped the ball when he could have prevented 9/11.
