It might have been after college. He admits being a drunk and a user until he was 40. Most of my old friends that became alkys did most of their hardest drinking and drugging in their 20's and 30's. Bush does seem to have completely lost it.

How embarrassing will it be for the Repugnicans to have to remove the SECOND President of theirs that even they admit can't be trusted to run the country?
