Presidents cannot be indicted only impeached by congress. So they don't need pardons. Not so for Vice Presidents and all others though. I believe what this country really needs to clear the air is a public examination of the following: - Illegal domestic wiretapping programs, and who was spied on - Florida 2000 and how the election was stolen - Ohio (and other states) in 2004, how the election was stolen - Evil smear campaigns funded by slush funds which Bush-Rove pretend to have no connection with. - How intel was falsified to hoodwink congress and the people in the run-up to war, to get to the answer why they realy invaded. - The truth behind the enormous energy gouging since Bush-Cheney were first nominated.
