CB, got a question for ya. Remember now, I'm not Catholic. I've been told that Catholics believe the Pope is infallible. If so, is the Pope now in a quandary? If he apologizes for his "by the sword" quote which inflamed most of Islam, will he be admitting he was wrong? Clearly, not apologizing will just add more fuel to the fire, but will an apology do harm to faithful Catholics? Personally, I don't see anything wrong with his comment (it was just a quote, after all), and to my mind, it points out that the rest of the world isn't going to meekly allow a noisy group to intimidate.
