I consider people remaining the biggest problem to advancing our energy supplies, not technology

Fortunately we seem to limit our population by plagues and wars, or both. perhaps losing some of their supply of electricity will change massachusetts mind.... OTOH they are experimenting with electricity from wave action in Gt Britain, perhaps that will suit Cape Cod..........
