i just finished making sushi for dinner
...nigiri salmon sushi with our own wild
coho and california rolls using our own
smoked wild spring salmon with avocado
and cucumber.

i'm thinking i'll make a platter and take
it over to bar for the monday night game
and for them that don't like sushi, well
they can fill up on clappy's goldfish crackers :)
